Auto Purchase
I recently purchased a vehicle from Universal Auto Group and it was one the very best car buying experience I have ever had. The sales staff and office staff were all friendly, helpful and highly professional. I live in Illinois so everything was done online. I was given a very good price for my trade and received a very good price for the vehicle I purchased. I was given a live walk around of the vehicle I purchased and all my questions and concerns were honestly and thoroughly addressed. Everything from paperwork and transporting the vehicles was handled without any problems. Even after everything was finalized, the staff at Universal has remained available for follow up. It was very refreshing to work with such an honest and knowledgeable full service auto dealership. It's not very often that you can call an automobile purchase pleasurable, but this one was for me. I highly recommend Universal Auto Group no matter where you live. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Universal!

MOS DEF CLOSING THE DEAL Happy Birthday to ME
I have been searching for a car for my birthday for 2 months. I saw car of interest via Carguru.com I clicked inquiring about its availability on a sunday which they was closed BUT someone still emailed me to let me know they would be open on monday, Presidents day. That saturday I had already been to Mannasas, VA....Woodbridge, VA....then monday to Gaithersburg then Bethesda. I received text with picture of car from Cameron it was kind no pressure not thirsty as I had been experiencing all weekend. He told me just come and see. WOWWWWWWW WEEEEEEEEE !!!!! when i tell you this is the cleanest upscale, 3 roomed fleet of WONDERMENT of vehicles you could ever lay your eyes on. It is absolutely CAR HEAVEN. Of course i met the kindest individuals still no pressure....Cameron, Chip, Sean, the CEO-Abby and my favorite Jess(very very knowledgeable and knows her stuff). She so thorough i really had no questions. With this place it was LOVE @ 1st visit lolol. After all of this journey and all 1000 correspondences on line via calls, texts and emails. After just meeting them, I go pickup my baby tomorrow. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME thanks to THE UNIVERSAL FAMILY. The greatest pressure-less experience ever, everybody actually is very classy upscaled and cool like their fleet of WONDERMENT(vehicles) lolol Thanks Universal.

Smooth flawless transaction
I was a repeat customer I had purchased a car about 2 years ago then decided to upgrade. So after selecting a vehicle from the inventory Chip and Jessica handled the transaction. They answered all concerns that I had. The staff is knowledgeable and trust worthy. Never any pressure. THANK YOU JAY AND JESSICA! THANKS TO THESE FOLKS (SALESMAN AND FINANCIAL MANAGER) I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAD EVER HAD WITH PURCHASING A NEW CAR. I SENT IN AN IQUIRY ON A 2023 MERCEDES BENZ EQE AMG ON SUNDAY AND BY MONDAY JAY HAD SENT ME A RESPONSE. I THEN WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND TEST DROVE THE CAR. JAY WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND WAS EXCELLENT IN SHOWING ME THE MANY FUNCTIONS OF THE CAR. IT WAS SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE THAT I DECIDED TO LOOK IN TO FINANCING. THAT IS WHERE JESSICA TOOK OVER AND WORKED DILIGENTLY TO FIND ME GOOD FINANCING. SHE STRUCK GOLD AND I WAS ON MY WAY. EVERY PHASE OF MY EXPERIENCE WAS SO SMOOTH THAT I CAN NOT BELIEVE IT. Great Car buying experience!
Sean, Baker & the whole staff was very honest and upfront throughout the buying process. Never felt pressured. They have great inventory & no sneaky dealer fees that many independent dealers try. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a luxury vehicle at a great price !

Audi A8 Purchase
I recently went on the hunt to find a 2021 Audi A8 Quattro with all the bells and whistles. I located a gorgeous A8 in pretty much mint condition here with the Universal Auto Group. As I am located in Kansas I was reluctant to start the process of buying as I live in Kansas. Due to my work schedule I was unable to travel to Silver Springs in person, however the level of services I received from Liam and the team at Universal was TOP NOTCH. Liam was patient with my apprehension of purchasing without seeing the vehicle in person. We had several voice calls and facetimes reviewing the vehicle inside and out. Liam highlighted some smaller rock chips/scuffs from everyday wear and tear and was forthcoming with all information. Sean jumped on a call with me as well to reassure me the condition of the vehicle was/is exactly has I see. This is the service I was expecting when going through this process. Finally you meet with Jessica to go over the numbers, financing, etc.. Smooth, Smooth & Smooth was the process. The UAG team put me at ease with the out of state purchase and when it's time for another purchase, I'll be coming back!

Very pleased with my recent purchase from Universal Auto Group! Called with I treat on a beautiful F-150 Thursday afternoon and spoke with Chip. Thanks to the plethora of photos on the website I had a very good idea of the quality of the vehicle and its many options. I am an out of state customer with no way to view the truck in person After a brief and informative conversation, Chip directed me to Jessica their business manager. She was able to pre-approve me for the loan in less than an hour without affecting my credit score. I took the day to think about it and called chip Friday around lunchtime to make the deal. By 4:00 I had signed all the necessary paperwork and was the proud new owner of the vehicle. By Sunday at 3:30 the truck had made the 500+ mile trip to my driveway. Couldn’t be more pleased with the quick, painless process.

Satisfied Mercedes-Benz EQE 350 Owner
It's been 3 weeks since I purchased my first EV from Universal Auto Group and couldn't be happier. My salesperson Liam was extremely patient, answering all of my questions about electric vehicles and Mercedes-Benz (my first Mercedes-Benz too!) as a brand.
